Hema HX-2+ - The system isn't working from the tutorial page

If you find that the device is bugging and you cannot progress with the tutorial, follow the guide below to find your way into the settings so you can factory reset.
On any screen on the orange cards, please hold the power button for 3 seconds, until you see the "Power Off", "Restart" and "Screenshot" pop up.
From here, please tap on "Screenshot".
Once you see the "Screenshot saved" pop up, please drag this menu down.
From here drag down from the top menu.
Then select the gear / cog icon.
- From there tap on "System → Reset options → Erase all data (factory reset) → Erase all data X2"
