Getting Help
Hema maintains a Technical Support website in an effort to answer questions and
provide support for the use of our products.
The Tech Support website contains our Tech Support Knowledgebase. Our Knowledge Base consists of many “how-to” guides and articles and aims to provide answers to many common questions. The articles are available by categories and provide a search facility to make finding the information you are looking for easier.
You can find the Tech Support Knowledgebase at the following URL:
Tech Support Ticket System
The Tech Support Ticket System allows you to submit an enquiry relative to any of Hema's
products and services.
When you submit a ticket, the system will automatically assign a case number to your enquiry. Our Technical Support team will then do their best to assist you with any issue you are having via email response.
You can find our Tech Support Ticket System at the following URL:
http://hema.helpserve.com/Tickets/Submit
Tips for using the Tech Support Ticket System
- Please search the Knowledge Base before you submit a ticket. The answer to your
query is often already answered within the Knowledgebase.
- If you do need to submit a ticket, please provide as much information related to the issue that you are experiencing as possible. It makes it hard for us to assist if your ticket query is along the lines of "My HX-2 isn't working".’

Satellite connection requires a line-of-sight to the sky. Location accuracy may be reduced by heavy tree foliage, terrain obstruction (e.g. tunnels or deep valleys) and heavy storm clouds.
To reconnect, try moving your position monitor and satellite status.
